What does HCM Integrity Services do?
HCM provides administrative preparation, compliance support, document organization, current-source research, and coordination for U.S. motor carriers and fleets within an approved service scope.
Support may involve startup requirements, registrations, filings, permits, vehicle and fuel-tax matters, driver-compliance workflows, recurring obligations, audit readiness, requested records, notices, and corrective actions. Applicability depends on the actual carrier and matter.
Who does HCM support?
HCM supports new trucking companies, established motor carriers, fleets, and other eligible transportation operations seeking practical compliance assistance.
HCM must review the entity, operation, vehicles, drivers, cargo, jurisdictions, requested transaction, records, and responsible parties before confirming a service scope.
Does HCM work with carriers nationwide?
Yes. HCM supports motor carriers and fleets nationwide, subject to service availability and the applicable federal, state, local, jurisdictional, transaction-specific, authorization, and agency requirements.
A service available for one carrier or jurisdiction may not be available or applicable in another.
How much transportation-industry experience does HCM’s team have?
HCM’s team has more than 20 years of combined transportation and logistics industry experience.
This statement describes the team’s combined experience. It does not claim that HCM Integrity Services itself has operated for more than 20 years.
Is HCM a government agency, law firm, tax adviser, insurer, medical provider, or testing provider?
No. HCM is a private compliance-services company. HCM provides administrative preparation and compliance support and does not replace a government agency, attorney, tax or accounting professional, insurer, medical provider, medical examiner, testing provider, laboratory, engineer, employer decision-maker, or other qualified professional.
When a matter requires a regulated determination, professional opinion, nondelegable action, or agency decision, the responsible carrier or client must work with the appropriate authorized party.
What responsibilities remain with the carrier or client?
The carrier, applicant, employer, taxpayer, or other responsible party remains responsible for truthful and complete information, source records, operational compliance, required signatures and attestations, authorization, payment, implementation, applicant-only actions, and agency submissions.
The client must review prepared information and confirm that submitted, paid, pending, accepted, and issued statuses are not treated as interchangeable.
How does a carrier begin working with HCM?
Call 800-484-4069 or email operations@hcmintegrityservices.com with a general description of the requested support. HCM will review the initial information, identify the appropriate service discussion, and explain which additional facts or records may be needed.
A general inquiry does not authorize HCM to submit, sign, attest, pay, access an account, contact an agency or third party, order a regulated record, or perform another protected action.
How should confidential records or documents be provided?
Do not send confidential or protected records through ordinary email. HCM will identify what is needed and confirm an approved secure process before requesting records.
Never provide another person’s password, MFA code, verification code, passkey, recovery credential, or personal account access.
Can HCM guarantee an approval, credential, processing time, audit result, rating, or other regulatory outcome?
No. Government agencies and other authorized parties control their own processing, acceptance, issuance, findings, ratings, testing, medical, employment, enforcement, and regulatory decisions.
HCM can organize information, prepare permitted work, identify responsibilities, and coordinate approved follow-up, but cannot guarantee a government or third-party outcome.
